Les droits économiques, sociaux et culturels à l’épreuve de leur mise en œuvre au Burundi : cas du droit à la santé des déplacés du site Maramvya

Abstract

The present research " Economic, social and cultural rights and their implementation in Burundi: the case of the right to health of displaced persons at the Maramvya site " aims at examining the effectiveness of the benefiting of the right to the health of the displaced populations gathered at the Maramvya site. It also consists in reporting on the responsiveness capacity of Burundi government to guarantee the continuity of effective benefiting of the right to health for the disaster victims.
